Work Experience and Testimonials
Below are testimonials from those who I have worked with and provided my advice, as well as the assets and feedback from my marketing work experience.
Styl-US PR
‘Charlotte has attended two of our live music events promoting music in the West Midlands and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. Not only is she incredibly professional, she also produces fantastic photographs which have received continued compliments from both our artists and attendees. We feel truly lucky to have the opportunity to work with Charlotte as she continues to prove what a fantastic artist she is, capturing the atmosphere of our events perfectly in each of her photos. We hope we have the opportunity to continue working with Charlotte as she hones her craft further, no doubt she has a successful and exciting career ahead of her!’ - Lucy Talbot for Styl-Us PR
Dig It Student Showcase 2023
Attached below is a reference written by my peer Natalie. Myself and Natalie worked together to manage a roster of 15 indie/rock artists to perform in a student-run showcase on December 11th.
CIB Mental Capacity 2020
I acted as a consultant on CIB Mental Capacity’s Website for them in 2020, suggesting how they could improve their website’s clarity and branding. The button below will open the reference provided to me for these consulting services.
Virtual Work Experience with Hunter Bevan 2022
In May 2022, I conducted a virtual work experience placement with marketing firm Hunter Bevan run in place of their usual on site placements to accommodate for Covid restrictions. This entailed producing as many assets possible from the provided list in 5 days for a fictional motor garage franchise. The button below will take you to the feedback I was provided, and clicking on the image to the left will take you to the website I made to present my assets in.
CW Rise Facility Tour 2021
I provided CW Rise a proof walkthrough video of their Stratford-Upon-Avon facility with VoiceOver and animated logo for their communication team to share with anxious persons prior to their visiting the site to help relieve stress and to help reduce any anxiety leading up to their appointments. It showed all of the different rooms a client may need to access and described the functions of different items, e.g. one way mirror, and how they’d be used, e.g. you’d always be told if your session was being observed.
#ThanksKids with CWRise 2021
#ThanksKids was a campaign run by CWRise during the pandemic to showcase the ways children were bringing joy into people’s lives and celebrating their achievements in a public way that was otherwise made difficult by the pandemic. I provided them advice on how they could extend the success of the campaign and expand their reach on social media, and also acted as part of a panel on their posters. They used my wording and took on board my feedback about the inconsistency in their graphics, saying they were proud to have had my involvement as a young person and that I had made the poster ‘1000% better’.
